Welcome Parade Participants,

You are cordially invited to participate in the 46th Annual Independence Day Celebration Parade on Saturday, July 5, 2025, beginning at 11:00am in Laurel, Maryland, sponsored by the Laurel Fourth of July Committee and the City of Laurel, MD.

We will post all information you will need to know about the Parade on this web page. We will continually update the page as we get closer to the event so PLEASE KEEP CHECKING BACK HERE as often as possible. This allows everyone to not miss out on new information. It would be a great idea to designate a secondary helper for your unit to also check this page often so there is always someone “in the know” at all times.

There will be awards for various categories participating in the parade. More information will be posted on this page at a later date. Those that have won awards will be announced from the stage, and a listing will be posted on the door of the Lake House after 4:00PM. Awards should be picked up between 4:00pm and 7:00pm. If you are unable to pick up your award on the 5th, it will be available at the Joseph R. Robison Laurel Municipal Center located at 8103 Sandy Spring Road the following week and must be picked up by Friday, July 18, 2025. They will not be delivered or available after that date. Following the parade, we welcome you to join us for more fun, entertainment, good food and a fantastic fireworks display (approx. 9:15 PM) at Laurel Lakes.
